Privacy notice
How this site handles the details you share. This is a draft until Allegiance Real Estate approves the final notice.
What we collect
This site is operated by Allegiance Real Estate. The enquiry form and the brochure form collect your name, email address, phone number, any preferences or message you add, which project and request it relates to, your consent, and campaign attribution from the link you arrived through.
Where it is stored
Requests are stored in a database on Microsoft Azure in the UAE for Allegiance Real Estate’s property advisors to review. Salesforce transfer is currently disabled. If security checks are enabled they use Cloudflare Turnstile.
Cookies and interest tracking
We set two first-party cookies. One is a random visitor identifier, used to understand which projects and communities interest you (for example project pages viewed, floor plans opened and brochures requested). The other remembers that you have shared your details, so brochures download without asking again. If you submit a form, your request is linked to that browsing history so an Allegiance Real Estate advisor can help you better. We do not use advertising cookies or sell your data.
The property assistant
Questions you ask the assistant are sent to Anthropic, which provides the AI model, to generate an answer, and are kept with your visitor identifier to improve the service. Do not share personal details in the chat; use the forms instead.
Before a public launch
Allegiance Real Estate must replace this draft with its approved notice, including the legal entity details, contact address, retention period, applicable rights, and how to request access or deletion. Real lead collection should stay disabled until that information is confirmed.
Third-party content
Maps and 3D views are provided by Google Maps. Project details, images and brochures are supplied by developers through GenieMap, and images are resized through the wsrv.nl image service. Fonts load from Google Fonts. Abu Dhabi photography is by Sreevishnu Nair on Unsplash.
